Orders and Confirmation
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. OoConut reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

An order shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment processing or completion of Cash on Delivery (COD) verification procedures.

Pricing and Payments
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices displayed may not include additional charges such as shipping fees, taxes, or handling costs, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.

You agree to provide valid, accurate, and authorized payment information for all transactions conducted through the website.

Shipping and Delivery (India Only)
OoConut currently offers shipping services exclusively within India. Estimated delivery timelines, typically ranging from 5 to 7 business days, are provided for reference purposes only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, geographic limitations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Upon dispatch of the order to the shipping carrier, the risk and responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
For orders placed using the Cash on Delivery option, OoConut may require additional verification, including OTP confirmation or telephonic verification, prior to dispatch.

We reserve the right to cancel COD orders if verification is unsuccessful or incomplete. Customers who repeatedly place fake, non-serious, or unverified COD orders, or who refuse delivery without valid justification, may be restricted or permanently blocked from using the COD facility in the future.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our coconut products, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been delivered. Exceptions are made only in cases where the product is damaged during transit or if an incorrect item has been delivered.

In such cases, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing appropriate proof such as images or videos. Approved refund requests will be processed within 5 to 7 business days, subject to verification.

Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including but not limited to logos, images, graphics, product descriptions, and design elements, is the exclusive property of OoConut and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of such content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
