Cancellation Policy
At OoConut, we begin processing and packing orders shortly after they are placed to ensure fresh delivery directly from our farms. Due to this fast processing system, cancellations are strictly time-bound.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is processed or shipped, whichever occurs earlier. Requests made after this window may not be accepted.

Cancellation requests without proper order details may not be processed.
Orders Already Processed or Shipped
Once an order has been processed, packed, or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Customers must refer to our Refund Policy for eligible claims.
Strict Policy for Fake Cancellations & COD Misuse
To maintain service quality and prevent operational losses, OoConut enforces strict actions against misuse:
- Orders placed with intent to cancel repeatedly will be flagged and restricted
- Customers who cancel multiple orders frequently may have future orders blocked
- Fake or non-serious orders may lead to permanent account restriction
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, verification (OTP or call) is mandatory before dispatch
- If a customer fails verification, the order will be automatically cancelled
- Customers who refuse COD deliveries without valid reason will be blacklisted from COD service
- OoConut reserves the right to disable COD option for high-risk customers
- In certain cases, OoConut may require prepaid orders only for future purchases
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If a cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 2–3 business days. The final credit timeline may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
