At OoConut, we are dedicated to delivering pure, fresh, and high-quality coconuts directly from our farms to your doorstep. Every order is handled with utmost care and packaged using appropriate methods to preserve product freshness, quality, and hygiene during transit.

Processing Time
All orders placed through our website are processed within a standard timeframe of 1 to 2 business days following order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or non-working days will be processed on the next available business day. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging prior to dispatch.

Shipping Coverage (India Only)
OoConut currently provides shipping services across major cities, towns, and serviceable regions within India. We work with reliable logistics and delivery partners to ensure that orders are transported safely and efficiently to the customer’s specified address.

Delivery Timeframe
Orders are typically delivered within approximately 7 business days from the date of dispatch. However, the exact delivery timeline may vary depending on the customer’s location, accessibility of the delivery area, and operational conditions of the logistics provider.

Order Tracking
Once an order has been successfully dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. This tracking information enables customers to monitor the real-time status and progress of their shipment until final delivery.

Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges will be calculated automatically and clearly displayed at the time of checkout prior to order confirmation. Such charges may vary depending on factors including delivery location, order size, and promotional offers, if any.

Delivery Delays
While OoConut makes every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, adverse weather conditions, transportation disruptions, logistical challenges, remote or hard-to-reach locations, or unforeseen operational issues with courier partners. OoConut shall not be held liable for such delays.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Customers are advised to inspect their orders immediately upon delivery. In the event that an order is received in a damaged condition or if an incorrect product has been delivered, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. The complaint must be supported with clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Upon verification, our support team will evaluate the claim and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other suitable action as deemed necessary.
